Phone Call Not Making Calls

yeah sim card or the phone itself. she running anything like battery saver mode or anything? wonder if its cutting signal or taking the phone to deep into power saver mode?
Thank you for the suggestion! We have tried restarting, resetting network settings, 5G LtE etc. only happens on my wife's phone when she's making calls at times
