Stolen iPhone 13 Pro Max
Is there a way for apple to locate my stolen IPhone 13 Pro Max? What if I know who stole it & where it is? How can I prove where it is (besides a search warrant)? I do know that the phone is on, if that helps.
You can file a police report with your local law enforcement. Whether or not they will go retrieve it, if you can prove to them where it is and who has it
If they aren't willing to do much of anything, have T-Mobile blacklist it as a stolen device.
