wrong device displayed in Tmobile app
I think I have hackers or someone is controlling my phone using “control nearby devices” in iPhone accessibility settings.
my sim is "locked" and says online this is good when traveling internationally. Lately have been getting weird subscription emails from businesses only available in other countries like South America (Star+).
what is going on and what do I do
Is it a Tmobile branded phone? If it not then it will default to the closest phone.
was or is that phone a warranty replacement? or did you purchase it from somewhere else other than TMO?
The device you are using displayed on your account, correct or not, has absolutely no impact on your service or how the device will perform on the T-Mobile network.
