I called T mobile on Thursday. I asked the customer service lady, how can I lower my monthly bills? Do you still have the discount for people over 50? She asked me to hold on , I guess she thought she put me on hold, I listened to her talk about me to her coworker. I was pissed! Is that what you do at Tmobile, polite on the phone then get off and discuss the customer. I recorded the conversation. I'm having my daughter post it on social media when she comes over so customers will know.
There are plans for account holders that are 55 years of age or older.

DO NOT GET T-MOBILE ! My wife and I went to Greece last year and bought the international calls plan and could NOT make or receive calls all month . We are now in the Bahamas and we are experiencing the same issue and they will still charge you every penny . If you have a job that requires access to your phone while out of the US DO NOT GET T-MOBILE . Attached are pictures showing the problem this time . Keep in mind it's already been two days and o was charged .
