Cannot connect my HP laptop to my mobile hotspot
I am new to T-Mobile and can connect my HP laptop to my iPhone 13 thru bluetooth but I cannot connect it to my mobile hotspot. I've turned the personal hotspot on and off on my phone, turned the wifi on and off on my laptop and restarted both devices and it will won't connect. It worked fine with my iPhone 13 thru Verizon but not now with my T-Mobile device. Please help
Set the HotSpot to broadcast 2.4GHz with the security/encryption set to AES.

Hi do you have the HP app? I know my phone and printer have to be on the same WiFi so if I have my wifi off it won't work. GL text HP support you may also need a new driver DL.
