Data Roaming while still at home?
My phone has been displaying "roaming" for the past couple days instead of the usual T-Mobile connection, even though I have not left my house let alone left my own state. I haven't traveled internat...
You need to get tech support. Either 611, or dial the T-Mobile support line 1-800-937-8997
If you have data/wifi, use the T-Mobile app, or social media.
It’s possible that a local tower is down, and you’re effectively roaming.
