Excellent job TMobile
Ran a speed test of the WiFi vs the 5G that was promised (after rebooting the router). 5G-397.5MB (on the cell phone) WiFi-71.37MB. Difference in connectivity about 6 feet both using the same tower....

There’s more to it than ‘high user’.
- High user (T-Mobile Home Internet is set to lower priority than cellphone/mobile plans) - doesn’t affect all, but can affect many
- Radios / antenna are NOT the same as in your phone. Typically (in my case Arcadyan) 'appears' to channel 1 carrier of 5G NSA (n41 'or' n71) with one channel of LTE (B2/B66). LTE B12 or B71 is possible, but won't aggregate with 5G NSA
So … I typically ‘see’ 5G n41 (100MHz) + LTE B2 (15x15)’
On my S23 5G n41 (100MHz) + 5G (40MHz) + n25 (20x20) + LTE B2 (15x15) + LTE B66 (20x20) + LTE B71 (10x10).
While I can an do hit ~400-550Mbps on TMHI, my phone will hit 500-700Mbps locally (tower limit) and +2Gbps/150Mbps in an area with full fiber backhaul.
I haven’t (yet) been hit with constraints, as my areas is primarily residential, covering ~400 homes, and other towers are ~1 mile away, while this is ~1200’.
