Having trouble now with lag and disconnects 5G home Internet.
I have used the 5G home internet provided by T-mobile for several months. Up until 3 weeks ago, connection has been stable. I am now getting massive ping spikes and sometimes complete disconnections ...

both of you will need to contact TMO and have them look into it and create a network ticket so someone can go out and check it.
this can not be done through the site here. call in support=tier 1 support. FB/Twitter=tier 2 support

I'm having the same issues it seems, I wish I had a fix, but I was told that my connection looked fine on their end so therefore they couldn't start a ticket. I'm on the verge of loosing my work from home job because I have to meet the min requirements of at least 40Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. Lately, it's been so inconsistent that I cant do my job. I LITERALLY have NO solution at this point, and it is so frustrating. Sorry I'm no help, but if you figure out something, I'd love to hear any suggestions as well?
