how to leave a good customer service review?

Katie/KC. Has been the most helpful person I've ever spoken to at T-mobile. I've been overwhelmed these past few days since I'm stepping out of the country for a few months. Today 1-18-2024 I was relieved and walked through all my problems. I was provided with multiple solutions and when needed good opinions on her end where given, it made me feel like it wasn't just my problem but our problem. It really took some stress of my shoulders. After being on the phone for over an hour Katie/KC showed no signs of stress, rather made me feel like I was important to T-Mobile. I really hope this message is read by the right person and gives her the recognition she deserves. T-Mobile you hire exceptional people to take care of us. ¡GRACIAS!🙏
