how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?
@HeavenM can pass the word up the chain.

I went to the T-Mobile store on Belmont/Torrey Street in Brockton, MA on Thursday 10/10/24 to upgrade my phone and switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. The person who helped me was Alex. He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind, caring and answered all my questions without any sign of being tired of my questions. He took the time and showed me all different things about my new phone and made sure that everything was transferred from my old phone to my new phone. I also want to thank Carlene for her help. I asked her some questions in between her helping other customers. I am so glad that I went to the store at that time because my experience was great. Thank you Alex for all you did to make my experience great and thank you Carlene also. I will go to the T-Mobile store at 521 Belmont St., Brockton, MA from now on. I have been in other T-Mobile stores and wasn't happy so I left. Thank you to the best and hardworking store representative Alex.

I was reviewing my account and the details of my plan (GO5GPLUS). I have 6 lines and TMobile is charging me $160 for first 3 lines and $40 for the other 3 lines. A total of $320
Reviewing the same plan (GO5GPLUS) in the TMobile website, they are offering $220 for 5 lines plus 1 additional line.
I called customer service and now they are telling me that is a website mistake and they are investigating. They opened a case and are returning my call in one week. I have been paying the same rate for months and I am a client coming from Sprint.
I hope TMobile give me credit for all the months that I have been overpaying. Looking forward to hear from them soon.

Here what TMobile is charging:

This is unbelievable, nevertheless it is the entire truth! My daughter chose to switch to T-Mobile and did so. She then added me to her plan and paid all fees. She was in another state, so she advised me I would have to go in and pick out me a phone. I went to the T-Mobile store and waited for quite a while. They were very slow. A young girl came over to help me. I told her I was there to pick out a phone, get added to my daughter's plan and get it activated. I also told her that my daughter was using a promotional they were offering. She tells me there are no promotionals, so I called my daughter and she tells her which promotional it is. Next, my daughter tells her I want to trade in my IPhone 8. The promotional was a half off offer on IPhone 14 if you get a third line. We did this and now she doesn't want to give us the half off the new phone. My daughter tells her you don't get to say no on a promotional T-Mobile is offering its new customers. She goes and gets a supervisor because my daughter was demanding this now and the supervisor says, yes that is the promotional, she can get it and walks away. I give her my phone and she says it's cracked and I say, "where?". She points to the corner of my phone and I say, there's no crack on the screen there. She squints her eyes and says right here. I still didn't see a crack. My daughter at this point is livid and says, "momma she's wants you to pay full amount for a phone because she gets commission off it". My daughter then says, "you're not going to hustle my momma because she is a senior citizen". My daughter is on speaker phone and the supervisor hears her and comes over and says, it looks like a small crack so we won't be able to take the phone. My daughter says, even if it is a small crack, you can still take it. I tell my daughter, there is no crack on my phone. I said how much is the phone? She tells me $630.00. My daughter says, just activate the line there and I will get the phone here. The young girl then tells her it will be $89.00 and we ask what for? She said "fees" and that's all, but couldn't explain what fees. At this point, I told my daughter I did not want to leave my phone company because this company was a mess! Supervisor was no help. They were scamming customers and finding the littlest thing to gain a commission on. Trying not to honor promotionals and charging ridiculous unexplained fees. My daughter said just leave momma, I'm going to write a review and file a complaint about this. She said, go to another branch and even though I had had enough, I went to another one. Before I left the young girl tells me the phone is more that $630.00 and did I still want it. The audacity of her. I walked right out the door and went to another location. Sometimes you have to do a reset (lol). At the other store they were SUPER helpful and professional!!! My daughter said she paid $10.00 for the transfer instead of the $89.00 at the other location. I got my phone, got it activated, got good instructions and went home satisfied with the second T-Mobile customer service workers. The young girl that helped me was so sweet and kind and we talked the entire time while my phone was activating. I say this to customers, watch out for these T-Mobile workers because they work on commission and will literally rob you with bogus fees to pad their pockets. T-Mobile needs to look into this because this could become a serious matter that could lead to a class action legal battle for them. If you are a senior citizen, they will take advantage of that for sure. T-Mobile, you need to do better. I'm embarrassed for such a good company that came highly recommended to have these unfair practices. Be vigilant when visiting them.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
we signed up for service and when we did our credit was ran and we were told we would be able to get new phones at very low cost. When we got to the store we were informed that this was not true, we would need to pay a 600 down payment in order to upgrade. We were told we would get Netflix on them which we didn't. We were told that the process of switching would be quick and easy and that since we were using eSIM we could do it from home, they were unable to do so, so in the middle of the day our phones were quit working and we had to drive an hour each way into a store to correct this. The reason that this even occurred is because we were told they'd be rush ordering physical SIMS and sending them which they did not do. We were told our service area had great service which was the biggest lie. We have not even been able to use our phones as they are mostly in SOS mode. We had our service for a total of 18 days with our internet our bill was supposed to be $212. I received a bill for $467 because they bill in advance and I'm now being told that we will have to pay it…for service that we never used because it was literally so horrible that we COULD NOT USE IT.
during the process of these people trying to activate our phones and their system not working I was at one point supposedly speaking to a manager then was later told they weren't a manager but there was no one above them to speak to. yesterday when I called to get the port out pin so that we could port our phone numbers I was told that their system wasn't allowing that and for whatever reason they couldn't text it to my phone number. After I finally freaked out they got me the port out PIN. I have had NOTHING but lies and problems from this company, and the worst service I've ever received. RUN TO VERIZON AND SKIP THIS MESS.

Id stay away from mobile service like T mobile services and them all together rude customers service if your no longer s customer of thiers they only care about u when your giving them money. But if you switch services from. Them they send you bill after bill raising the amount by 7$ for a one time charges. But send you a bill again the next month as a reminder but also charging 7$ dollars again and calling it a one time charge. We'll if that was true that it's only a one time charge it should of been only charged to my last bill one time. Plus my last bill was the 11th they waited 6 days and sent me a new bill with a larger amount on the 17th. 6 days only waited 6 days before charging me. After I just switched services. So if yea they only care about you when your an active customer but once you switched they could care less about you. So be careful. And when you try and talk to customer service and tell them you no longer with t mobile thier attention and attude change instantly. Evan thier head of customer service is rude and don't care to talk to ya. So as long as u a customer you straight
