I am thrilled!!
After years of dealing with AT&T, with their customer service reps who cannot speak English and transfer your problem a dozen times with no resolve, their screwed up billing, their inability to transfer an account to a new address, their daily internet outages, their overcharging and general mayhem, I am thrilled to be with TMobile! I was able to set up my internet with NO human contact, the customer service rep with whom I changed my payment date spoke perfect English and the price is right and the connection perfect!
Anyone who has complaints should switch to AT&T for a year or so to see how good you have it now!

Depending on when you call... You may get local, or from the Philippines. Much of the process can be heavily scripted, and unlikely to find much that goes beyond the script.
