Internet service abysmal, down for 5 days now
My internet has been down for 5 days now with speeds varying from 1-5mbps.
Called Tmobile multiple times, Unable to work from home, unable to use my phone as a hot spot due to data download issues in the area..
My Wife has ATT and her phone was getting 112 mbps down and 12.1 up
My Tmobile device 4.61 mbps Down and 1.81 up
Really tired of the repeated data problems with your service.
Have to change providers on my phone so I can use it as a Hotspot, just so I can use the Internet at HOME due to T-Mobile Home Internet repeatedly breaking

Had service for 2 years. Spotty but consistent. Always issues with streaming live video. Now it's been down going on 5 days. No real response other than "we're working on it." The day it hits a week of downtime I'm done. That includes mobile phone service. Had about enough of big business. I can live without it I'm old.

Been there ... if you have a white G4AR gateway and patch 1.0.12 its a possibility. I had this issue 2 weeks ago, and exchanged. It went to 1.0.02, then 1.0.09, and back to 1.0.12. So far so good. I did notice this week that my gateway doesn't use LTE anymore, only shows 5g n41
