Internet went down stupid levels

Currently my internet speeds is at a “stable .25 Mbps. Not even terrible AT&T was ever that low.

 

This is after 2 weeks of use. I've reset the device twice with unplugging it and then soft restart it and nothing works.

Even though the screen says “good” instead of “excellent”

  • You can get more info on the quality of your connection (for 4GLTE and 5G bands) by going into the “advanced Metrics” section of the TMHI app.  Despite your gateway showing “good”, something isn’t right.

    Very true.  If you have only LTE B12, and a ‘decent’ connection, you can have poor performance.

    Alertnatively, if you have weak n41 + B66 you can have +100Mbps.
