Is there a way to contact IT directly?

I have an issue with calling a number that affects all T-Mobile phones in my area. I have the error message and have reported it, but customer service opens a ticket, the ticket gets closed, and I get no info or follow up as to why or what was done. Is there an email I can contact where I can give them more information or have someone I can follow up with?
