Lagging and throttle
I don't understand why at certain times the internet is great and then by the evening like 5 or 7 pm it gets so slow that we can not watch tv or my son can not play his games online. I do a speed tes...
I understand the peak hours but after they fixed the 2 towers everything was good for a few months and then the issue started again with the slow speed to a 2 mbps and at times .8 mbps and then jumps to 10 mbps struggling to keep some kind of speed. Rebooting helps only for short time like 10 minutes tops. I had Comcast and it was great except for their price going up which is why I went with T-Mobile because they advertised there was no lag and their speed was unbeatable lol yeah up to a certain time. But if I have to go back to Comcast so be it and at least I don't to keep rebooting and restarting 2 to 3 times a day.
capacity issues. you bog down around those times because those are considered peak hours..basically when people are getting off work and whatnot..more people back onto those towers compared to the non peak hours when most of those people are gone.
