Lagging and throttle
I don't understand why at certain times the internet is great and then by the evening like 5 or 7 pm it gets so slow that we can not watch tv or my son can not play his games online. I do a speed tes...
I understand the peak hours but after they fixed the 2 towers everything was good for a few months and then the issue started again with the slow speed to a 2 mbps and at times .8 mbps and then jumps to 10 mbps struggling to keep some kind of speed. Rebooting helps only for short time like 10 minutes tops. I had Comcast and it was great except for their price going up which is why I went with T-Mobile because they advertised there was no lag and their speed was unbeatable lol yeah up to a certain time. But if I have to go back to Comcast so be it and at least I don't to keep rebooting and restarting 2 to 3 times a day.
might have to move the unit to a different window area just to make sure that is in fact the best location for it. especially after they did their upgrades...also kind of wondering if theyre still doing upgrades and or still needing additional upgrades.
how long ago were the towers worked on?
