Lagging and throttle
- Hace 2 años
I understand the peak hours but after they fixed the 2 towers everything was good for a few months and then the issue started again with the slow speed to a 2 mbps and at times .8 mbps and then jumps to 10 mbps struggling to keep some kind of speed. Rebooting helps only for short time like 10 minutes tops. I had Comcast and it was great except for their price going up which is why I went with T-Mobile because they advertised there was no lag and their speed was unbeatable lol yeah up to a certain time. But if I have to go back to Comcast so be it and at least I don't to keep rebooting and restarting 2 to 3 times a day.
They worked on it 3 months ago and it was steady after that but suddenly 5 days ago it went sour and yes I did put it by the window and still same issue. So either they are upgrading or updating I can't say for sure but it is a pain especially if I am watching a football game or golf game I am sure there are others with the same issue. I have friends close by that I told about this service and told me they about to cancel and it makes me feel bad because I convinced them to go T-Mobile. And here's the thing when I called them about the issue that's how they found out that two towers were down, figure that out but anyway they hopped right on it but wow what happened after it was going great only to be disappointed again. I live in Connecticut in Waterbury and really not congested like bigger cities so that has me puzzled.
