Not receiving verification texts from few banks after switching to T-Mobile
I just switched to T-Mobile from AT&T few weeks ago. And, now I am not getting the account verification code from AMEX bank to my phone number. The code comes from the number 48267.
48267 was working fine just a few weeks ago when I was with AT&T. However, 48267 is not working now. (Few other bank account verification codes are working OK. The problem seems to be with this number 48267 for now.)
Sent "Help" to 48267 many times without getting a reply.
I see similar issues with T-Mobile customers in different forums. Could someone please help me to solve this issue?

You may want to contact T-Mobile. Many have this issue with sms short codes (what is above).
T-Mobile has at times disabled short codes on many devices.

Thank you for asking. It started working after about a week from the day I switched to T-Mobile.
I had to call T-Mobile 2 times regarding this issue. The tech team did some trouble shooting; however, they were not sure what the problem was.

You might need to have those banks and credit companies refresh the number in their system and update the carrier associated with that.
