If its an issue for 'Executive Management' like Mike, you can send written letter to their PO Box in Albuquerque. If its a complaint style issue that needs resolution, hit up BBB or your local PUC/FCC. They will contact you.
I'm writing because I've paid for service for 4 years now and I'm being charged for things I can't use, the app, t mobile Tuesdays and massive nationwide outage and was promised 100 credit and only got $34 of it, haven't missed a payment and jus made a payment yday and now my phone is off? I have screenshots of promised credits and it's not reflecting anything except a $34 credit. I'm on a fixed income and I've complained about this for 4 years and these agents are not doing their job considering I am a reason they have jobs. I can go to Mint Mobile for $15. For unlimited and I OWN my phone and have problem with jumping carriers
