Recognizing new address
My family built new homes about 6 months ago and all postal services recognize our address, but t-mobile system does not. I can see that t-mobile services house on our street and in our neighborhood. Can anyone help direct me to the best contact to get my address in their system. We are currently being forced to use an over priced internet source that does not even work 90% of the time. I would love to switch to t-mobile and get a service that actually works and is affordable.
PLEASE HELP

Send a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter or take a bill with your address on it into a T-Mobile store so they can make sure it is correctly put in the system.

Are you trying to activate a cell phone account or sign up for the Home Internet service? Can you explain a little more about where you are entering your address that T-Mobile is not recognizing it? I know that we have our Home Internet Eligibility Checker that can show if there is availability in your area. If you there are no available spaces, there may be an error about your address. T-Mobile's billing system uses UPS to verify addresses, so if they have the new addresses registered, then it should show up in our systems unless it is a PO box.

I'm struggling with the same issue. My address does show up for UPS. My parent's address, literally one acre away shows up, but my new construction home does not. So even though internet does show as available, the store will not sell me a device because I'm not in the system. I cannot tell you how frustrating this is. If I have to go to the trouble of having a fiber optic service installed, I will not switch back to T-Mobile.
