Switched to new plan and iphone 15
Since switching to upgraded plan and iphone 15, I can't receive text messages from android users. I've tried everything including turning on SMS.

Received a new Iphone 13 Gold from TMobile (insurance claim on lost phone), and on my other line a new iPhone 15 (paid for upgrade from an SE 2nd gen.) From the moment we got the new phones, we cannot receive Android texts. Yes, I've tried every suggestion from the internet, from a local TMobile store (3hrs total spent there), from several TMobile "customer Service" reps on the phone (over 5 hrs spent over several days). A ticket was generated to the "engineers" with a promised 72 hr response time ("they will call you") - it's been two weeks since this problem started, over 10 days since I first raised the issue with TMobile, and NOTHING! It's been 10 days since a ticket to the "engineers" was filed (longer than the 3 day response time I was assured. Absolutely the worst customer service I've EVER received, and I STILL CANNOT receive texts from 1/3 of my contacts. I'm paying for this?????

Try turning off imessages.
