T-Mobile app no longer allows me to login with my fingerprint
For the last few days I have been unable to use my fingerprint to login to the T-Mobile app. If I try selecting log in with your fingerprint I get a popup telling me to enter my phone number and password. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried checking my settings but I can't find anything allowing me to adjust login preferences

Same here, this app has turned into garbage. I don't know what they did to it. They should've left well enough alone. I didn't start having issues until they started to merge tmo tuesdays on there. Trying to view my bill it wants me to lo gin again but i only get a "request timeout" error. I've never been able price check adding a phone on the website either. Most times it just refreshes over and over and won't load. I keep uninstalling and re-installing and end up with the same issues. It's completely broken now. They know this and won't fix it, the developers messed it up. I wish Legere never left. Things were so much better before his exit.
