T-Mobile Internet Service Dropouts
I started using T-Mobile Internet August of 2021 and I have been delighted with the service until April of 2023. In all that time I never experienced Internet dropouts or buffering simply it just worked without issues. That has all changed now since April of this year 2023. In April 2023 the Internet dropouts started and got progressively worse by the last week of April I called T-Mobile service to register the issue. It was dropping out 5-8 times per day at that time and many times I needed to reset the Gateway to regain Internet service. After about 2-3 weeks it got better meaning the Internet dropouts were less frequent. However for the months of May and June I still have 3-10 Internet dropouts per week. This last week T-MOBILE Internet Support sent a replacement Internet Gateway and it's not installed a week yet and I've already had 3 Internet dropouts all requiring a gateway reset. I'm calling again today this situation is growing very frustrating and I'm getting to the point of thinking about discontinuing this service. Very frustrating after such a long run of nothing but excellent Internet service.

Something has most definately hppened. We have now been with T-Mobile for about a years and a half. Service was great compared to other carriers…. But, it was short lived.
In April of this year, somethging started happening with their Data Connections and our phones connecting for Data. I have called several time and am not getting anywhere...I have been online and see this is wide spread with people across the USA. I too, think this may have to come to a Class Action Lawsuit against them for not providing the service the advertise too; and yet keep collecting their monthly paymements…
Nonetheless, what I am experience numerious/countless times a day is having plenty of Bars in 5G or 5GUC...and every time you try and connect it TAKES FOREVER! So much so, that many times the phone/internet times out saying you aren't connect to the internet. Once and if it connects, it appears to run ok….however, if you click a link or try to change the page...whereas the data has to be redirected or pulled up the cycle of waiting or timing out starts over.
This is unacceptabe, and T-Mobile you need to address this… Please feel free to reach out to me.

We have had no problems with TMobile home internet since switching last December until about a month ago. Now, we have no internet every morning from about 4am until about 9 or 10am. I don't understand. It's all devices. I have reset the modem. Do you think it's a modem issue? It's like clockwork every day.

I’d recommend that if you’ve been through the customer service without a useful response, you can try the ‘next’ level for an executive response (written address, or through BBB).

We have been with T-Mobile for many years, but recently or home Internet and or mobile Internet had been dropping several times per hour here in Rosamond Cali. This part four weeks have been the worst. We can't watch/hear any streaming apps since it gets stuck on loading. Or even do some simple online banking. At this point we are paying for a service that is not there

My husband and I have had the exact same problems! This is very frustrating and inconvenient! So why should we have to pay for this service, when the service doesn't work properly? And T-Mobile have done nothing to fix it? We are told a lot of different stories about several issues like this one the most questionable: the tower that we are getting the internet for our modem will service ! THIS AINT RIGHT! I have spent hours on the phone, online, so many different people and departments as well as talking to someone in the Philippines (not being racial!) WELL I THINK ITS TIME FOR ME TO TALK TO A PERSON IN CHARGE! I need answers! HOW CAN T-MOBILE STEEL FROM AND TAKE ADVANTAGE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS!
so T-Mobile if and when you read this I expect a call of acknowledgment and immediately attention to this matter!

Im having the same issue myself it seems that every day around the same time the internet just quits …. It's summer time I have two school aged kids in the house these constant outages are not working for me …. But you want me to pay you for crappy service? The advertisements of the fastest 5g home internet are completely false and should be a crime at this point !
