unable to use phone
Why pay bill when I haven't been able to use my phone for several days due to this service issue? Important phone calls have been missed
Are you sure it's the service and not an issue with your device? Have you tried powering off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network?
