weak service

I am getting poor to weak signal on my 5g Internet Gateway. Is the T Mobile signal booster compatible with the T mobile Gateway? I am getting conflicting information from the local store and customer service helpline.

    I'm doubtful on the signal booster.  5G boosters aren't very common, and if I'm not mistaken, require FCC/Carrier approval.  You may be better off to get a newer model (when they become available) that supports and external antenna.
