What Network to use in Philippines
Going to the Philippines. I have a Magenta plan but I'd like to know, when I get to the Philippines and setup my cellular Network what will I choose in order for my phone (I have Iphone SE) to work? ...
Your TMO sim will automatically connect international carriers that are included in TMO's partnerships. That doesn't mean you won't be charged because your plan is independent of which carriers will accept TMO SIM cards. You should get a text from TMO every time you connect to a new international carrier that confirms whether the data in free or not along with voice call rates. I have a Magenta Max equivalent plan and so far I haven't come across any data fees to many countries in EU, Asia, Central, and South America.
