What Network to use in Philippines
Going to the Philippines. I have a Magenta plan but I'd like to know, when I get to the Philippines and setup my cellular Network what will I choose in order for my phone (I have Iphone SE) to work? ...
The OP asked what network they will connect to. I was expanding on that and asked them if they knew which one they connected to. Right, many (all?) providers who have intl agreements will try to make the connection as transparent as possible. That doesn't automatically translate to 'no fees' and other promises; there's a lot of words in those agreements you click 'Accept' on. If I remember when I'm back I'll post my experience. BTW, Congstar is a T-Mobile MVNO in GE and it's subcarrier is ja! mobil which works just fine in US. GSM for all!
