Why have I, the only person paying off a two person bill, been removed from role as Primary Account Holder and thus can only see info on my one line instead of both lines despite still paying for the full bill?
The last time I looked into the details of this account, I was the primary account holder and had information for both lines on my family plan. All of a sudden that isn't the case and need to ask "permission" to access stuff I should be able to see without a problem. All while still paying the full bill.
What. The. Heck????
I’ve been on hold for almost an hour after being told the wait time was only 15 minutes ><
