connecting a cannon printer
How do I connect my Pixma TS3122 printer to the t-Mobile 5G internet?

Supported Standards: IEEE802.11n / IEEE802.11g / IEEE802.11b ← Older wireless adapter
Frequency bandwidth: 2.4 GHz (You may need to add an SSID for 2.4GHz for printer)
Channel: 1-11 or 1-13 ← I believe the existing default for the gateway is ok as probably “1”.
Seguridad:
WEP (64/128 bits)
WPA-PSK (TKIP/AES)
WPA2-PSK (TKIP/AES) < suggest you use WPA2 or add both WPA/WPA2 on the SSID
I will assume you have the Arcadyan or Sagemcon gateway so you will have to go into the administrative level with the T-Mobile home internet mobile application on your cell phone to do so.
Once logged in you should be able to navigate to advanced settings, add a SSID on 2.4 GHz only and provide it an SSID say 24PRINT and provide the authentication type WPA/WPA2 and then provide the password or passphrase, how ever you want to say it, and save that. Once you have the SSID on 2.4 GHZ only for the printer it should be able to connect.
The problem with the older wireless network adapters is that they are often more limited in the radio channels and will not play on 5 GHz channels. Since the current SSID is also associated with the 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ radios this can cause problems for the older network adapter drivers. If the band steering of the newer 802.11 ax radios directs the connection to a 5 GHz radio then the device drops off from the wireless. The is why I suggest the additional SSID ONLY on the 2.4 GHz radio. The password could be the same as the existing one or you can make it different.

You can try the manual suggestion after the printer SSiD is established on the gateway.
