I'm not very technical on the subject, but I haven't been able to find an option to fix this. I tried to set my router as a wifi repeater and, as I imagined, it receives and repeats all the speed until I realized that I could not put static IP as before, so I went back to the beginning. I think T-Mobile knows about the problem and does nothing because reading I've seen topics from over 2 years with the same problem and different T-Mobile modems.
