Even though they have acknowledged that it was a mistake and I am eligible, they clearly told that they cannot give FireTV code.
Customer Service is less than tolerable. I've waited for call-backs...never happened. I've called back to talk to representatives, then transferred to management, then hung up on (which may have been accidental, but I doubt that), then called back only to start the entire process all over again. As a 21 year customer of Sprint/T-Mobile...I don't feel valued or appreciated for my loyalty. I've never taken part in a redemption scam from T-Mobile, but I won't allow it to influence my purchases again.
