T-mobile Promo rebate is a scam
I signed up online for Tmobile 5G internet on Dec 8th. The shipment of the 5G gateway arrived on Dec 10th. Same day, T-mobile started a promo for new 5G internet customers to offer $100 visa prepaid card. I applied for the rebate and it was declined.
The Rebate center said my activation date was Dec 9th. How can my activation date be before I receive a gateway? The rebate center won't honor this. Won't even connect with the supervisor.
I spend over 2K on annual basis and they don't care.
I leant that apparently they activate the sim and then ship the gateway. But that ain't my issue right? It's their system issue. I see. Sure will message them on twitter
Was the sim activated when it was shipped?
You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
