Some older devices don't support or like WPA3 security encryption in the WiFi. Like the other comment mentioned I would change the wpa2/wpa3 setting to wpa/wp2 for both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands. Or maybe your older devices also don't use 5Ghz so you could keep that one the same.
