Will T Mobile Fix The NAT Type Issue For Gamers?

From what I have seen, T Mobile is having an issue with gamers Because Of they're Strict NAT Types and no way of accessing more Network settings. I myself Is also facing the same issue where only one person Can play at a time. This Disappoints because I can't play Some Games on my PS5 because someone is on it, sometimes it comes to the point where no one can play These games unless they Use a Lan Cable. And even then only one person can play on it. Even though T Mobile isn't meant for gaming This only makes it worse for their costumers that are gamers and face this issue. If anyone knows a way around it please let me know.
