International roaming is not working even with 10 day pass.
I'm overseas and the connection accepts, but no internet or phone…. I got the message it's started yesterday, but no luck.
Do you have roaming enabled on your device? Have you contacted Customer Care at 611 or reached out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter to ensure roaming is enabled on your account? Are you seeing any sort of signal on your device to ensure you are connected to a roaming partners network?
