Bill Detail Not Available

Hey there. Being able to see all the bill details online is extremely helpful especially when breaking down the bill by line. There are a few things that could be causing that information to be unavailable, so I have a couple questions.

• Do you know when your bill cycle actually starts? This is important because when the bill cycle starts, many details on the website are unavailable. Most of the time it is only for a few days, but if there is an issue generating the bill, there could be delays. 
• It is good for us to understand how you are trying to access the information so we know what link is broken exactly. Are you using the bill tab to try and view this information or are you trying to download the PDF bill and getting an error?
• Are you using the app or the website?
• Have you tried using the opposite portal or another browser?
