Lied to About a Promotion

Lied to. Today I am axing t mobile despite just switching to them and dumping the phone and net. I was swindled into the promotion to pay my phone off and be reimbursed by T Mobile via a Visa card. I paid $541.73 to Xfinity to pay off my iphone. Got the required info from them listed on the t mobile paper I was given and went back to the store where the t mobile rep submitted the request. Denied. I went back to Xfinity to get what they would give me regarding my account as t mobile said I needed different statements. By now I ported the number so I could no longer access the xfinity account. Now they say it still isn't enough and denied again. Now told by rep "oh well". Well, "oh well" this tmobile. I am cancelling all services, will get my daughter to axe her's too, and am going to put this out there on every review site I can so the bait and switch doesn't happen to someone else and file with BBB. I knew it was too good to be true. I even have written text by your rep stating this will be all paid for, all good. Well it isn't. Quit lying to people.
