syncUp kids watch no text notification sound
Why does the SyncUp watch not have a sound notification when receiving a text? Sound and vibration is on in settings but it doesn't work for texts!
The sound & vibration is under settings on the watch but there's another button that looks like a speaker. This is a mute button. When activated, the watch won't make sound or vibrate. You can turn this "mute" on/off from the watch or the app.
Within virtual boundaries it doesn't make noise. Once I removed them it started working.
I'm having the same issue. Watch doesn't receive notification for text messages. Watch is brand new, I haven't setup boundaries yet. Did you get it to work?
We were experiencing the same issue. What fixed it was holding down the main watch button for a few seconds and setting "restart" from the menu that pops up. After it rebooted, the text sounds came back. Hope that helps.
