Disappointed Service
I have had to call in on multiple occasions due to being locked out of my account from someone entering in the wrong password repeatedly an having me be locked out of my account. I have had several DCM codes and for those who don't know what those are it's third party transactions being charged to your account. I have had issues with my Google accounts being hacked, I have had issues now with several apps being accessed without my permission and so forth. Now several months ago when all this first started I called in and told them and I was told to just delete everything and don't worry about it, fast forward about a year roughly and things have gotten so bad that I am literally locked out of my account on a daily basis. My first question has anyone besides me been having problems similar to mine with this cell phone company, and my second question does anyone have any suggestions for me since I have been a T-Mobil customer over 4 years now? I don't want to get rid of the service yet I have had so many problems to include having to argue with store clerks that I am the owner of the cell phone service because of someone else stealing my identity which I did file a police report and I also had to go to the IRS to stop someone from receiving a tax refund in my name as well as close other accounts that were made without my knowledge or permission. Luckily I now have credit alerts and monitoring in place which I hope will prevent further damage from occurring. In any case should I get rid of T-mobile service, and has anyone else been experiencing anything similar to my issues?

It does not make sense for my account to continue to be locked when I call in and I am on the phone with tech-support and customer service so they know it's me trying to login as well. They are on the phone with me sometimes when I change my password yet as soon as they hang up, sometimes I am locked out yet again And have to wait the full 24 hours in order for it to be unlocked again. This last time today the guy that I was on the phone with was from a different state. He was the one that changed my password and updated it and then sent me a text message with my new password. I had to go in and update my password a few hours later, so it is very frustrating for me that they know that it's me sometimes and don't care and it is also frustrating that T-Mobile customer service members have to change my password yet it still locks me out.

I have not personally experienced these issues. I am curious to know what your solution would be to T-Mobile not locking your account when as you mentioned, someone else is entering the passworld wrong too many times. If the person is using a bot that keeps trying paswords until it gets the right one. Locking the account makes sennse. Yeah, it's an inconvenience to you but it is keeping your account secure. You could always change your number and e-mail address, but that is probably more of an inconvenience to you than being locked out of your account and having to call Customer Care to have it unlocked.
