Mail FIle Size Limits
Senders trying to send me jpg attachments via email are getting return messages saying file is too large. What are the max attachment file sizes for email?
The attachment limit is determined by your and the sender's email providers. Their provider limits how large they can send and yours limits how much you can receive. If their limit is larger than yours, the email will go through on their end, but your provider will reject it. I think Gmail is 25MB, but other providers will vary.
