Same here, worked great for the first year. Part of the problem is the tower overheating which they are aware of. Customer service solution was go get a laptop fan. Since they're aware of this problem, it would make sense to add a fan to their product. I am waiting on another service provider to provide services in my area and I'm switching resetting it doesn't do any good
