Xbox not connecting to internet (5G gateway)
Was watching YouTube just fine on my Xbox, then it cut out. And now I can't find the wifi anywhere. Please help! I've tried restarting it multiple times and making a new network. Nothing seems to work. It was working just fine before this..

On your smartphone or tablet can you see your wifi network?
Using your T-Mobile Internet app, can you see your network? T-Mobile App > Network link at the bottom of the screen > (your network name)
Have you tried to reset the gateway? Depending on the model, there is a reset button on the bottom or side. It is a little pain but may help you in your circumstance.
