Promoción de Costco

I bought my phone in June of 2024 and it is now October of 2024 and I received the card today. I tracked it in the beginning and then completely forgot about it until it came. I did have the person at the t-mobile inside of Costco help me send the information for the shop card so that I made sure everything was done correctly after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical if I'd receive it or not. The customer service team said that they have to verify that you meet all requirements for the promotion. I'm assuming that's why it takes so long. I think they should definitely give a more realistic timeline when promoting this, hopefully others got theirs eventually a well.
