So no Samsung parts avail

I have a mint S23 Ultra and it dropped and has a little crack on the screen. I spent my Saturday driving around and calling repair places and NOBODY has the screens because Samsung isn't making as many and/or cannot keep up with demand. So I am now screwed with a broken phone because of this. Any other recourse or avenues I should try? I still owe $800 on this S23U so I can't afford to pay out of pocket.

You can send it in to Samsung and have it repaired by them  Phone manufacturers are moving away from curved screens after all of these years of trying to convince us that curved was the future.  I don't know what a screen replacement costs but most T-Mobile Stores do not do these types of repairs.  If you have T-Mobile's phone insurance.  You can submit a claim where you will have to send it in and a refurbished replacement will be sent to you.
