So T Mobile neve sent me any of the needed information to trade in my old phones and now want to charge me for the new phones. They offered me a promo. Other than calling them how to I handle this?

  • Everything you needed should have been available to print for each promo in your my.t-mobile.com account.  If you are outside of the promo requirements, calling more than likely won't change anything.  Promos are only offered for short times and those terms and conditions are pretty clear and you agree to them when you accept the promo.  You can give T-Mobile a call at 611 from your T-Mobile line or send them a direct message through Twitter or Facebook to see what options you have.

I appreciate your input but that did not help. There is no information about anything I need to print for the promo or return address labels or anything.
