Hi, So, me and my three friends have a four lines plan at T mobile. We are all international students. Due to COVID-19, we all went back home and we forgot to cancel our Tmobile plan. When we remembered, our lines are all suspended and our account was deleted. So, we called Tmobile support and going to a Tmobile store. They said we had about $200 due but we cannot pay through Tmobile anymore and he cannot help us pay because they already transfer the payment collection to a collection agency. The problem is that we all live on campus and the addresses we gave are the university addresses. And now none of us are also in the US to get the letters sent from the collection company. For some reason I received an email yesterday saying that I deleted my account, but I didn't. Furthermore, I have no bars and I cannot access my online account to pay my bill. Got the following email from T-Mobile for my T-Mobile Home Internet payment. Oh no! Your payment didn't go through We weren't able to process your recurring electronic payment from your account XXXX. Because of the failed payment, you have been un-enrolled from AutoPay. Please make a one-time payment today at t-mo.co/pay and update AutoPay settings to avoid late fees and suspension and keep your AutoPay discount, if applicable. Thank you, Your T-Mobile Team Last month the payment was processed using the same card (without an issue) and there are ample funds in the account (the account is a debt card account). I logged into my account selected the payment option and the payment processed immediately. I chatted with T-Mobile customer servicetwo days ago. I found out that I had a bill that didn't go through my checking account. I asked the CS rep Mary Rose what to do about it. She said, don't worry, I'll take care of it. If you pay 47.13 on the 8th then redo your payment arrangement, you'll be fine. You won't be charged and they won't suspend your service. So, I paid the 57.13, it was not 47 as she stated, all in text which I have. Guess what happened? My line was suspended and I was charged 20.00. Unbelievable. I gave her a glowing 5 star review.
