Hi, I have an older Intel PC that I cannot get internet to from my home 5G gateway. I have checked the drivers on the PC and update the gateway when necessary. I have a known good tested CAT6 ethernet cable and have tried everything I can think of. I know both the LAN ports on the gateway work, and I know the LAN port on the back of the PC works so I'm just assuming that there is a compatibility issue that I'm unaware of with older PCs. I would like to know if anyone has suggestions on how to get ethernet from my gateway to this computer or if anyone would know what the problem would be. I am getting internet to it using an external USB WiFicard but the speed isn't great and would like to use ethernet.86Visto0likes5ComentariosGateway doesn't remember password
When I first setup network I could log into T-Life App on my iPhone with face recognition and access the Gateway without entering the password. Now I have to enter password every time even though the remember password is checked and I'm logged into T-Life app.37Visto0likes1ComentarioTmobile 5g home internet + Xbox Series X not compatible
Thanks to T-Mobile's Test Drive, I can try out the home internet for 15days. I'm getting good speeds and so far so good… I was really happy with the service until……… It's not compatible with my Xbox Series X. Apps like YouTube, Twitch, Hulu all work. But if I want to play games online, that's where it doesnt work. I get disconnected from the games respective servers. Doing a test on the network I get UPnP unavailable. I can retest until the UPnP is available but as soon as I start playing a game online, it disconnects. I see that I can attempt to connect a wireless router but I cannot control any settings on the App or if I log into router via a web browser. The only thing I can do is change names and passwords, but nothing else. Can a wireless router be connected to the gateway? If so, which brands will work best? There are other posts about this issue but no answer. I hope there is a solution or else the home internet goes back to T-Mobile and they will lose out on $50/month.18KViews2likes23ComentariosIs A003SH, Aquos Sense 4 Basic compatible with T-Mobile?
I am a PhD student in Japan and I will be in the USA in March. Therefore, I would like to use my phone with an T-Mobile sim card for temporary purposes (especially for internet connection, call is not necessary) during my trip to the US. However, I would like to know if my phone compatibility with the T-Mobile sim card network. In addition, my phone company told me the phone is a domestic phone based in Japan. We converted it to sim free. I am looking forward to your reply. Hey everyone. Gamer here. So recently on the 5g model of the home internet I have strict ip address and I've tried changing things around and hooked straight to the router and I still get the same thing. Haven't been able to play with friends or anything. So I'm not sure what else to check or to look for. Since this model doesn't offer upnp or dmz not sure what else to do.2.1KViews2likes2ComentariosSprint Kyocera DuraXTP not compatible with the TMobile network?
I'm downgrading from an iPhone to a flipphone. TMobile Team of Experts told me the Kyocera DuraXTP E4281 would be compatible with the TMobile network. So, I bought two. After severalhours across several days, no one at Sprint, TMobile, my localTMobile storeor Kyocera can tell me now, if or how the phone can be used on the TMobile/Sprint System. Apparently the DuraXTP doesnt have an IMEI. It has a DEC #, that Kyocerasays is used instead of an IMEI. Both Sprint and TMobile say it has to be an IMEI and don't know what to do with a DEC #. This confusesthe heck out of me that no one has a definitive answer. I'd like to be able touse the phonesif I can straighten this out. If it's really not possible touse the phones on the TMobile/Sprint network I'll mail them back. Has anyone successfully used the Kyocera DuraXTP E4281 on the TMobile network?1.8KViews0likes3Comentarios
