Roblox and T-Mobile Home Internet
Hi! So, I have a new issue (started on April 15th). Prior to April 15th, we were able to get into Roblox no problem using our T-Mobile Home Internet. All of a sudden, on the 15th, we can no longer access it. We get an SSL validation error. The weird thing is, we can access it if I use my T-Mobile phone as a wifi Hotspot (using either T-Mobile cell service or the T-Mobile Home Internet service through my phone.) Also, we can access Roblox via T-Mobile Home Internet but only if we use a VPN. Anyone have any idea why this would be happening? Were there updates to the T-Mobile Home Internet gateway that caused this? Any ideas would be fantastic because I am stumped!Home Internet Gaming
I have had Home Internet for about a year and I have been able to use it for both work and gaming. However, within the last few weeks, I received a "internet required to connect to servers" error when playing on GTA V, Red Dead Redemption, ARK or any other game with online features. I have changed gateways and even replaced one without any luck. I have already reached out to Sony and one of the game's helpdesks and they both state that it is an internet provider issue. T-Mobile doesn't have any support for gamers according to one of their reps so I am frustratingly out of options. Any additional help is greatly appreciated. I am looking for other internet providers in the meantime.
Home Internet Gaming Problem
I recently started testdriving T-Mobile home internet at my house, and it's worked great for everything except games, where I'm having a weird issue with some of them. When I try to play Apex Legends on PC, the game will connect and play really smooth for anywhere from 1-3minutes, and then all communication will be lost, which will take 20 seconds for the game to kick me out to the main menu. If I go back into the game from the main menu, it'll work fine untill the 1-3minutes elapses. During all of this my PC never loses connection, and this issue occurs over wifi and ethernet. This issue probably does not lie with the game as this issue does not occur with other ISPs, and it did not coincide with an update. A similar issue is happening with Splatoon 3 on the Nintendo Switch, where the game will play superb for 30 seconds to 2 minutes before dropping the connection. Is this a known issue with the service or gateway, is there anyway I can debug my connection, and does anyone know anyway that could possibly remedy the situation? I'd love to keep the home internet, but one of the main things I use the internet for is games, meaning this service wouldn't work for me.
Xbox Gaming Connection Skipping
I recently set up the brand new white tower 5g home internet device. I was playing Call of Duty online and I noticed that randomly everyone would skip for a split second and it keeps happening throughout the game. My ping stays the same which is odd. My average download speed is around 300 and upload around 7-9. I checked to make sure the game servers were not having any issues which they weren't. Any suggestions as to what is going on? Is this common?
World of tanks not working
World of Tanks does not connect and I have tried everything from uninstalling the game/reinstalling, uninstall norton360 and reinstall, uninstall nvidia drivers and reinstall. It plain will not connect at all.. World of warships works though. Weird. Help!!! I have the gateway connected a EERO mesh network. I reset the network too. No help there. last resort is unplug the gateway and boot cold but I doubt that will work too. Solutions anyone? Ed

MLB The Show does not work on my T-mobile 5g internet box. It will say "Challenge Failed" when trying to play an online match. The game works perfectly fine when i bring my xbox to my parents house. But when i bring it back to my wifi, it doesn't work. I test the NAT type until it's open, I reset the router, etc. I've done everything I can think of and there no solution. Does anyone have this same problem? This is the only game that won't work either. This and NBA 2k brought me some issues. But i can play COD or shooters on my wifi… but cross play sports games seem to bring the issueGetting a connection to server timed out code net error on ps5
It's not for all games but for some like apex legends, the games unplayable, keep getting the error. I tried everything until I turned on my phones Hotspot and worked like a charm. So it's most certainly due to tmobile home internet. Hotspot istoo slow and not enough data to use in place of wifi. Anyone else have this issue and a fix?
