iphone 13
9 TopicsHow to add my daughter's Iphone to the find my app
My daughter has lost her phone. The phone technically belongs to me purchased from T mobile and she is on my T mobile data plan. However, she lives with her mom in another city and is on her mom's iCloud plan. If I read the article correctly in FAQ I can add her phone on Find My app under help a friend to possibly locate the phones location. I do not see her phone listed under my items on Find My Phone. I suspended her data plan temporarily and wonder if that's the reason it's not showing up…it said it should show last known location no matter the status of her account. Is there something I'm overlooking or any alternative suggestions? Thank you for any help. Lost DadSolved149Visto0likes2ComentariosI signed up to receive a free IPhone 13, but T-Mobile scammed me.
I signed up for an offer fornew line that would include a free Iphone 13 with a 24 month commitment. Then I realized I am being charged an extra fee for the phone on my monthly statement. The last T-Mobile customer service attendant that assisted me told me I was not eligible for the free Iphone 13 because I ported in a number from Google Fi. I never read ANYWHERE that if I transfered a number fromGoogle Fi, there would be no eligibility for a free phone, where are the rules written anyways?? This order was placed online and the offer was accepted by the online system. I also chatted with an assitant online that assured that this mistake would be fixed by the second billing statement. I need to know who I should believe, because I am getting conflicting information from two different assistants. Below are screen shots I took of the conversation I had with the attendant that assited me online:2.3KViews1like1ComentarioPlease Help
My phone was stolen on Saturday and I have had to to pay to get a new one but the new one hasn't worked properly since I got it. I can't receive messages, calls, etc and I paid the bill and the number is still active so what could be wrong? I even made sure the SIM card was in properly and wasn't messed up. I barely have free time and I've spent the last few days that I do have going back and forth to T Mobile stores trying to figure out what's wrong with my phone. Please help me. I haven't had a phone for a week now and I take the train. I feel unsafe and nervous whenever I'm not connected to Wi-Fi, which is any time I'm traveling.74Visto0likes1Comentarioproblem with cancele device EIP.

After spending 4+ hours on the phone with customer care, and in-store, today trying to get Dual eSIM's setup on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I left the store with one eSIM and one physical SIM on my new device. I need help and direction on how to get multiple eSIM's from T-Mobile setup on my device. I currently have two T-Mobile accounts - one personal, one business. I've previously used them in Dual SIM setup, one physical SIM & one eSIM - as described above, on my iPhone 12 Pro. Every time I've needed to re-setup the single eSIM for that device, the store always struggled to know what to do and how to get me setup with a single eSIM. Now that the iPhone 13 Series supports Dual eSIM use, I'd like to get setup this way.The device was ordered from Apple to activate T-Mobile's network, and the eSIM for my personal line came pre-configured upon the arrival of the device. However, when using the "Change SIM" option in "My Account" for my business line, as well as the store attempting to update from their end, the system gives an error stating "Looks like that eSIM number is already set up." after inputting the EID from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. "My Account" has no option to input any other information from the device that may link the 2nd eSIM back to the network, and the in-store employee said the same, or didn't understand how to set it up on their systems. I need precise direction on how I can get both eSIM Profiles for the two T-Mobile accounts installed/downloaded to the new phone. Ayuda.13KViews1like10Comentarios
