Ok here's what is going on... I have pretty good signal almost full 5g bars most of the time down to where it drops to 4g lte at full bars. From time to time every couple hours I lose connection to the network where I can't text no apps work etc but usually I can still make calls just fine while this is happening. It only lasts 1-2 minutes sometimes or it may be out 15-20 then all of the sudden it's back to normal like nothing ever happened. It may go right back out again in 2 minutes or it may not happen for hours. Also it only happens on my new galaxy a32 not on our old galaxy j7 or prime whatever it was or on the older LG phone both of which are still being used on this account and same house at same time but they have no issues with connection ever. They aren't 5g either so I figure 5g has something to do with it. It just really gets old when you can't finish a conversation or get directions because internet/network connection just stopped. What can I do? All my connection settings are set how tmobile and other people have said they should be. I don't have Wi-Fi so I'm set to always use mobile data. What now? Or will I just have to suffer through. It's prob just some tmobile network problem that's with the new 5g. I guess that's what I get buying a new phone. ¿Tienes alguna idea?88KViews22likes79ComentariosHotspot Usage when Not using Hotspot | Tidal running slow
I wanted to share my experience in case others are facing a similar issue: I received a new Samsung S24 in February. Since then, I've been receiving notifications about exceeding my hotspot data usage, even though the hotspot is turned off. This seemed strange. I reported this to T-Mobile support, but they kept pointing to their system showing I was using hotspot data and advised me to turn it off. Additionally, I use Tidal for music streaming. Recently, I've been unable to stream music using mobile data as it was extremely slow or wouldn't load at all. Today, after receiving another hotspot usage message (indicating I exceeded the 5GB cap without using the hotspot), I noticed my Tidal streaming stopped working on mobile data this billing cycle. I checked my phone's data usage, and it showed Tidal had used over 5GB of mobile data-the exact amount as the hotspot data cap. It seems T-Mobile's system was misreporting Tidal's mobile data usage as hotspot data. I tried explaining this to support, but they didn't acknowledge it. They reset the network connection to my phone, which seemed to resolve the issue. I suspect this problem might be related to T-Mobile's "Music Freedom" feature included in my plan, which is supposed to prioritize or differently handle music streaming traffic.146Visto2likes3ComentariosWhy is my Pixel 3 not eligible for a new SIM card?
I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years now, with very few issues. Once T-Mobile and Sprint merged I began to see the quality of my cell service drop over time, and then Ireceived an email stating that I could come in to a T-Mobile store for a "SIM swap" to take advantage of the "T-Mobile Network Experience". When I went in to the T-Mobile store, the employee told me that he could swap my SIM card in just a few minutes. Then, after putting in all of my information he said that my phone did not qualify for the SIM swap and that I would have to upgrade to a new phone to qualify. He even showed me on the computer that the system was prompting him to tell me this. I have an unlocked Pixel 3, that I purchased outright from Google two years ago. The phone is even listed as a compatible device by T-Mobile here (https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/lte-band-compatible-devices). The employee at the store told me that Sprint towers are being shut down, and that my service will continue getting worse until I get a T-Mobile SIM card. It seems that T-Mobile is trying to force me in to spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone just to have decent service again. I feel like I'm being scammed here. Does anyone have information on why I can't get a T-Mobile SIM card for my Pixel 3? I've tried getting answers in store and through the customer service chat function online with no actual answer other than "Your phone doesn't qualify". I should be given a new SIM regardless of the phone if the merger is causing Sprint customers to lose service as the towers are being shut down. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. I have been on the phone with Sprint/T-Mobile customer service, technical support, and hung up on or can't hear me during conversations with them for the last two days. As soon as I hit my neighborhood area I have no cell service nor can I get Internet on my cell phone. I've been told the tower is down for the last two days and nobody has an explanation or a timeframe of when it will be fixed except ASAP. This is very frustrating and I am one day away from dropping this company and going to Verizon. This is unacceptable my husband has lost multiple leads for his business due to this . I need an answer right now of when my service will have more than one bar located on my phone. I can't even openan appor listen to music on my phone when I take my dog for a walk and that is unacceptable I am furious right now. The only way I can do anything is if I'm on Wi-FiI pay way too much money on auto pay every month to go through this. I have done everything the technical help department has asked to no avail. So this must be issues with the tower.Has anyone else in this area has these issues? I need THE Sprint/T-Mobileto respond today and NOT FROM INDIA, MEXICO, OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY BESIDES THE US.149Visto2likes2Comentariosoneplus 9 series android 12
T-Mobile has patiently tested and failed Oneplus's rushed updates. Wisely they prevented buggy deviation being released on their subscribers. They just pushed a update a few ago with the new security updates. They are testing the later 12 updates and have found a dozen new bugs that are unacceptable. So we are still on 11. I hope OnePlus quickly resolves T-Mobile's detected flaws and releases an update for T-Mobile to retest. I appreciate not being saddled with bugs just to have the latest software. T-Mobile takes better care of their customers then most. I also appreciate the continually improving network conditions. The Sprint tower reworks and band adjustments have been improving service here but by bit. Keep it up and soon there will be more of us in Pink.1.4KViews2likes4ComentariosTop rated worst service ever

Hello, I bought a new phone, the Kyocera 702KC. It is fully unlocked and when I popped my SIM in, it gave me a bar and I attempted to make a call, in the middle of the ringing, I got disconnected and can not join T-mobile again. I was told to set-up APN, but I do not know what to type in. When I go to network setting, and click on T-mobile, it says "can't connect to this network right now, try again later"Solved1.8KViews1like13Comentarios
